Registration

We are excited to offer Online Registration with the ability to pay immediately by credit card!

Access to the Online Registration form is below. Please read all instructions before proceeding!

Full Conference Registration:
Includes all Educational Sessions on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, Thursday Recognition Luncheon, Thursday Awards Banquet and the opportunity to attend all tours, workshops and Wednesday's Opening Night Celebration Event for additional fees.

$155 if postmarked on or before March 15, 2011
$185 if postmarked after March 15, 2011

Thursday Only Conference Registration:
Includes all Educational Sessions on Thursday, Thursday Recognition Luncheon, Thursday Awards Banquet and the opportunity to attend Thursday tours and workshops and Wednesday's Opening Night Celebration Event for additional fees.

$135 if postmarked on or before March 15, 2011
$165 if postmarked after March 15, 2011

Additional Fees:
Opening Night Celebration Event - $29 per person
Guest Meals: Recognition Luncheon - $15, Awards Banquet - $20
Commemorative T-shirts - $12 for all sizes

Helpful Hints for Registration

  • Have your selections made before you begin.
  • Review the information on the website. Descriptions for the various sessions, workshops and tours
    are included on the website, as well as the full conference agenda.
  • You may find it easier to print out the agenda to help you as you go.
  • After submission, you will receive an acknowledgement email showing the selections you requested.
  • You will receive a separate confirmation email after March 15th, 2011 which will confirm your
    final registration placements.

**Your registration will not be "complete" until payment has been received
or credit card/PayPal has been processed.**


Payment Options and Instructions

Our preferred method of payment is by Credit Card or PayPal.
Have your Credit Card or PayPal information handy before you begin.
Choosing Credit Card or PayPal will redirect you to a secure sight for entering your credit card or PayPal information. (see FAQ page for more information)

  • If you choose to pay by Credit Card and do not want to use a PayPal account, if you are prompted to log in, be sure to click " Continue without logging in " on the PayPal payment page to bypass the PayPal login system. (mouseover on photo)
  • This processing is handled for us (2011 TMGA Conference) by PayPal, but you will NOT need a PayPal account to use your credit card.
  • All your information is secure within the PayPal system and we will not be collecting sensitive data.
  • Once your payment has processed, you will receive an acknowledgement email on our behalf directly from PayPal, showing as paid to Somervell County Master Gardeners.

If you choose to use your PayPal account, make sure you can access your PayPal account before proceeding to the Payment process as you will not be allowed to return to our system if you encounter problems.


If you prefer to pay by check, after you have completed and submitted the online registration form, please send your payment, (check made payable to 2011 TMGA Conference) to:

Please include your name, county association, amount of payment and invoice number from your acknowledgement email. Please remember your registration will not be complete until payment has been received or credit card has been processed.

Refunds: Refunds for cancellations will be given, less a $25.00 fee, through April 1, 2011. After April 1, 2011, there will be no refunds. Cancellations should be made using the above contact information. If you are unable to attend, you may substitute another individual in your place at no extra charge but you must confirm the change in writing and provide the new registrant's name. Approved refunds will be processed and mailed 4-6 weeks after the conference.
